This was the first dialysis center that I attended and, to be frank...was outright abused/neglected by the majority of the staff. I would say that more than 75% of the technicians operate well below competency levels, nonetheless teating the place like it was High School. Yes the staff is overworked but who isn't at their jobs these days. No excuse! The only good thing is that the nephrologists are decent and seem to care about their patients. The social worker that I first encountered was a complete fool and idiot...way too many examples to fit in this summary. In short, this place is beyond awful and I'm very glad that I no longer attend.

Presently, this nit caters to those individuals with money or status. they will not openly admit that, but it is obvious by anyone's observation. It could be a really good unit if there were a drastic change in leadership. A lot of patients fall through the cracks due to the lack of attention to patient care.
