There are only two centers in the Reading area; one in Reading and one in Wyomissing. We have no choice of facility and difference in facilities is night and day. This particular clinic is run like an inner city clinic (no fault of their's), however, it is not conducive to the health of 80+ elderly patients. Feel city residents/Spanish speaking should be at this location or at least family should have an alternative site.

I had to take my mother to this dialysis unit in Mt. Penn temporarily last April. She now needs permanent dialysis now, and I fear for her if she has to come to this facility. It was dirty, ugly, depressing, etc. Don't even know how your staff would want to work there....they must be very dedicated! It's hard enough to live on dialysis as a life-style, and to expect patients to spend half of their life in such a poor facility as your "warehouse" is appauling to say the least!
