Outcomes can be misleading because they do not explain why, only what. They do not take into account if a patient my have a chronic diagnosis, in which case Outcomes may never improve.

W hat is the policy of dialysis nurses transporting pts back yo wheelchair after dialysis. Why aren't the basic nursing skills followed, such as locking the w/c.

This company is a joke. They do not care for their clients. They remove compatent care crom patients, allowing senile patients to provide their own care.

The company uses slander and other tactics to remove employees who are well respected and caring for patients when company favored employees need more hours.

Donna Spangler, the DON of Arbor Trail---actually cares about her residents. She does a great amount of work as compared to other people in her position. She doesn't even have an assistant. But she knows how to get things done and she also knows how to make sure her staff treats all residents with respect. She is very sufficient when it comes to keeping her staff well educated and updated. She is an exceptional nurse with a heart of gold

IF A FIRM THAT NEEDS PEOPLE WHO CARE AS SHE DOES TREATS A COUNSELOR WITH SUCH DISRESPECT , WHAT DO THEY DO TO PEOPLE WHO ENTER THIS FARCE OF A PROGRAM. IF A PERSON IS NOT WANTED AT A JOB TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEM AT HAND. TO KNOW THIS WOMEN AND TO HEAR WHAT YOUR STAFF HAS ACCUSED THIS WONDERFUL WOMEN OF IS A TOTAL LIE. HOW DO YPU TAKE THE WORD OF A PERSON WHO JUST STARTED WORK AND NOT TO JUDGE BUT, JUST COMPLETED A PROGRAM THEM SELVES. ONE STAFF MEMBER THERE IS A DISGRACE TO THE HUMAN RACE. SHE TREATS EVERYONE EQUALLY, WITH DISRESPECT, AND USES FOUL LANGUAGE TO EVERYONE. TONI, SHE HATES MS SHCLEGEL AND COULD NOT WAIT TO ACCUSE A GREAT WOMAN OF SUCH BEHAVIOR.MS. SHCLEGEL DOES NOT DESERVE THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT.
