I would like to say that my mother has been with this company for years. We had some rough times, but things have drastically improved in the last year. The nurses are responsive, the CNA's are caring, and the office staff is always polite. I recommend them to anyone needing home care.

Cannot believe this facility does not offer methadone weaning. Patients go in and say they feel like their gonna use so they get even higher doses. Now they cater to pregnant Mothers who have addicted Babies that are painfully and sometimes fatally harmed during their weaning process. The Mother gets to continue her dose for years after upping their doses becoming so overweight and lazy they are almost comatose and ends up leaving their Children unsupervised while they sleep all day. It's criminal that they allow people to trade one addiction for another without any responsibility to actually getting the Patient off the drug at all. These Mothers bring their half dressed, half asleep Children with them to "dose" very early in the morning then drive them home! Once home kids on its own because Mom is falling asleep or eating in a comatose state. If you going to put them on it make sure you ween them off of it within a years time! It's abuse and cannot Believe its even allowed by the Dept of health and safety not to mention Children and Youth. It's sick!

I am very frustrated with the kind of care my family member is getting. After brain surgery a person needs a little compassion as they struggle to learn to do things all over again. And trying to get proper supplies need, forget about it. I realize the patient might be difficult but the reason they are their is for health improvement, not to make the person feel bad about themselves. Also, as far as keeping patient clean, terible stennch is all I can tell you. I would not go with them and will try to help to get better care for my relative!

I have a daughter at the Massie Unit for the 2nd time in 6 months. Have tried repeatedly to have her "counselor" simply give me a call back so I could relayt some information about her but have been dismissed totally. I am her Medical power of atorney, have given them that information and still have gotten no response. Actually I believe they are there to get a pay check or there would be someone who cares enough to at least check what I have to sau about her care. Very unprofessional.

W hat is the policy of dialysis nurses transporting pts back yo wheelchair after dialysis. Why aren't the basic nursing skills followed, such as locking the w/c.
