There are multiple Precise Home Care's. In Jacksonville FL we do not service Blue Cross Blue Shield patients and we are most definately not on Mountain Standard Time.

My mother is unable to walk to the bathroom by herself. She has had to wait for long periods of time to be taken to the bathroom. On one occasion, I had to call the nurse's station to alert them that she had to go number two. She had been waiting 30 minutes. I called from out of state to let them know. I have had a real hard time reaching nurses at night. The phone rings without someone answering it. Today my Mother fell and hurt her shoulder. I am afraid she will end up in a diaper in worse condition tnan she came in.

I am interested in volunteering to assist. Can someone please let me know if you need my help.

If i was to put myself in this rehab for substance abuse, would i be able to bring my children with me?

My father was at LHV Mulenburg. He has a POC his brother, yes not me his daughter. Since I do not live close to my father he is afraid of his brother. My dad is 86 yrs old. I can not take him to all his drs appts due to the fact I work. My dad is so afraid to say to say anything to his brother. My father told me and my sons, his brother Gene has threatened him if he gives me POC he is done. This is not fair for the elderly. My father I feel deserves to be in a better place, please do not take this as a negative. I as in the medical field for over 30 years. ER, operating room, ortho, biller. I feel like a hostage to the poor treatment of this facility and intend to report it to DCI. I cannot just pick up and change centers because of the shifts. I am kept on the machines longer than required while other incoming patients are put on for their treatment. No one is listening to my grievance, this includes Dr. Tan and the administrator Kim Oliver. There is never any clear response to my issues given by the social worker Christopher Hong. I have asked to go to another facility and have not gotten a satisfactory reply. You guys ought to look into the fact that you only have a 3 1/2 star rating. Wonder why that is????

this nursing home is treating the patients there like animals why do you keep giving them praises do you even give a dam or just as long as they are paying you money u keep lieing to the consumers about there quality care to be honest there is none the peoples are being treated like animals

I am responding as the Administrator of No Place Like Home. We are a pediatric home health company so it is impossible we sent someone to care for your elderly relative. We provide excellent private duty nursing services and bill insurance directly. We do not bill the patient or the family & I am sorry for this experience you had with this other agency. Candy Pankey

I think you have our agency wrong. We only care for kids & we don't bill individuals. Either you are confused of the agency that you used or this was posted by a competitor.

what are the differences in population served by these hospital. Are they urban or rural? Do the services vary?

Imperial Point has been a second rate hospital for years in contrast to Broward Health's other locations. I agree, even after the new renovations, this hospital still doesn't measure up.

why is it that some people get what we seamed to be Turned Down for services and sent to other hospitals when it could be taken care of here at home.

My fiance has been a tile setter for over 18 years and has chronic back pain. He currently has no insurance. He was seeing a Dr. in Navarre who recently cut his client load back. Is there someone in this area who could help him with pain management?

Ive been on and off methadone for the past 2 years. prior to that was heroin, xanax and many other drugs/alcohol. Last week i tried to go to Wilmington, NC treatment center and was denied for being off of Methadone too long. Ive only been off ten days and am taking suboxone and anything i can from friends. I just became homeless and NEED HELP. I dont know where to go from here. A friend suggested Walter B Jones in Greenville. I dont have much money and I need help or I will be on the streets and could die.

It is sad that someone can say anything about a company and not have to put there name to it. I have been to palm Partners, every word of this is a lie.

The Center Administrator has been the most considerate, professional one who has been there in the past 5 years. The other man was good but this guy is really great. He know the patients and the staff and he can be a real a-hole when somebody messes up. I have seen him in action and the staff straieghtens up when he is out inspecting. I like him and the care we are getting at Sunplex, we tell everybody how good they treat mother.

i personally found dundee dirty and smelly, my mother in law had bed sores and she was perfectly mobile, but they had her chained down to her bed and or chair...please beware...if your loved one has to be there vist un-announced 4-5 times aday

It is very fortunate that we have so many dedicated PA's that are willing to see pts in a rural area. Our ER wait time is nothing compared to a big hospital, where you are put on a waiting list depending on the emergency; a cat bite may have taken a whole day to get seen. Drs are always available to the PA's if a need arises or there is a complex case. Make an appointment to see your doctor in the clinic for non-emergencies and be thankful we have such a great staff available to see you immediately for those emergencies!

Thenperson wrting above may indeed had his mother in St. Luke's Roosevelt, but has all of the information wrong, as someone who was admitted to the inpatient rehab unit would've been cared for on the 9th floor, not the "Asian Floor" or the 5th floor.

I submitted a paragraph expressing my astonishment at how Amy Buckwalter was treated. I forgot to sign my name. My name is Edith Holsopple.

We are stunned to hear that Amy Buckwalter was fired. She volunteered to work on her day off to help out, and was placed on a hall where whe was not familiar with the residents. They were hopelessly behind, and later during her shift, she was fired for being a half hour behind. We are all stunned that employees are treated like this. She is one of the best hurses we know.

How does this compare to other treatment centers?

First of all, when was your mother there? I am a nurse there and would like to know.

Elite lived up to it's name and never should have been taken out of the home care race. This was the best patient care in the county.

MY husband is a sever alcoholic. He has had multiple seizures, been taken to two different hospitals where he has been told to go to rehab or mostly will die. Has spent time at the phoenix house in exeter ri. he is here now, with uncontrollable seizures and he needs help. I cant have him here. I have a 13 year old son. He needs to detox in a medical facility...what can I do
