Details:

I worked there 2003-2004, and it was the best job of my nursing career. Owner Delta Ono RN is the greatest nurse I have ever met.

One staff member was rude and unkind to family member on the phone when asked about the services. This facility must take a sensitivity training especially when dealing with clients of a variety of backgrounds.
