After my knee surgery, I chose this company for my in home care. The people were very helpful in the care, VERY willing to use my insurance to their benefit!! Not listening to my comments of my co-insurance costs. Therefore, the billing was not up to date for me to realize I was over the amount allowed by my insurance company. Now, I am also over on the out-patient that everyone kept telling me I was ok and after all I have insurance. Now I will probably owe both of these companies even tho I kept asking for information from them. I rate them very low for lack of help for MY pocketbook.
