The worst home healthcare experience my family and I have seen. On 21 August 2012, a nurse came to my house to provide in home treatment to my wife. The nurse lacked basic social skills, such as an ability to greet my wife and family. She was so rude and condescending that my wife asked the nurse to leave. My family and I have dealt with numerous home healthcare providers over the last six years. I’ve never felt compelled to write a negative review until now. Totally unsatisfactory experience. Completely unprofessional nurse. I would never recommend anyone, who cares about their loved one, to use this company.
