Heavens Touch, more like Hell Sent. These are some of the most hateful people I have ever had to deal with. I tried to work with them, but eventually we had to switch agencies. even though we did have a very sweet and thorough nurse. Until they did not treat her right. If you expect to keep dependable and dedicated staff ten then should learn how to treat people. No one has to put up with mistreatment. That means staff or clients.

As an employee I feel they do not value the backbone or structure that keep their company in business. They fail to realize that yes you can have the clientele but you have to have happy nurses who are willing to dedicate themselves. If you treat your staff bad then you will end up with disappointed clients. Which is the case. Christioan based with very non christian attitudes

As an ex employee, they offer you as many hours as you want, yet when you need a reference check they charge you $10.00 and will not say you work 40 hours. If they do not know how to word it correctly then they should say so. Al creditors are asking is that an employee maintain 40hrs. This they claim they cannot say because ti is no true. Yet paystubs reflect 90-146 hrs bi weekly. This is suppose to be a Christian based organization. But very hateful family with the exception of Mrs. Patterson who is a beautiful person inside and out. but she is only an employeee. I do not reccomend this agency to any nurse looking for extra assignments or full time home health. They want you to give and work your tail off but they are not willing to show how much they value the backbone that keep their company running.

The company is short staffed and lacking the knowledge of knowing how impactful their services really are. Kudos to being a family own company and black owned. However, they do not keep you informed of changes until the last minute including call ins, they do not have enough staff for respite hour usage even if you tell them 3 days in advance. Not only do they not have the staff you have to call them back to know they don't. They don't staff on holidays per an office worker nor do they seem to care in a profession where CARE is the top priority. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
