I was charged $14,000 for a stress test and an echo, I have made numerous calls to find out why I was charged so much and they either don't answer the phone or when they do call back they just want me to pay the final bill, nobody has an answer as to why they charged me more than what any hospital in the US charges for this simple procedure, I will never go there again!

Some of the people who worked there were very nice And helpful but the main doctor who decided not to inform me of what was going to happen and the route of medical treatment should not be a doctor, He did not care of my personal beliefs, he did not get my consent to proceed to treat, and did test that was for other things looking for anything that may be wrong just to treat and get more money for the hospital.

I went into the hospital to get checked out for the flu and get medication for it, I was told I had double pneumonia and that they were going to keep me there over night for observation, I was given a shot that knocked me out, I was brought around a week later and found out that they had but tubes down my throat and had me on a breathing machine, this goes against my religious beliefs I was not told ahead of time and did not give my consent to this, They also did further test that found blood clots and started to treat for them again with out telling me about this issue and getting my consent to treat, Because of this act made by your hospital and doctors I am unable to work now as until the blood clots are gone and I am off all medication to resolve the problem I can not work in the field I went to school for. The doctor knew I just started a new job and had no insurance or means to pay not only for a hospital stay , but also medication to treat this condition after I left the hospital, I was so upset about this that when I came to after being drugged I left the hospital as soon as I could a range a ride, even though I was so week from the drugs they gave me that made me loose 30lbs in one week, And it was muscle weight That I lost. And under Arkansas law, you must have informed consent and I did not give this consent and was not informed of how I was to be treated, This is considered medical battery, And I am taking legal action against the hospital and the doctor for this, I should not have gone threw this, I recommend that everyone should stay away from this hospital as they only care about making money and not the patients

i just want to thank this hospital for pushing my brother over the edge by not even having the compassion to prescribe a decent pain medication for his abscessed teeth and lacking any compassion. I have no money and been trying for months to get him in a free clinic and have tWO more chances next week but they would not even provide enough help to keep him out of pain until then. he has no drug seeking record or ever had pain meds prescribed but still treated like a drug seeker instead of a person in pain wanting help. He has undiagnosed aspergers that I informed them of and THERE LACK OF COMPASSION WAS THE FINAL STRAW CAUSING HIM TO THREATEN SUICIDE. I DON'T SEE HOW A ER CAN BE CALLED AN ER WHEN THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE GARBAGE INSTEAD OF REALIZING HOW HEALING IT CAN BE TO ACTUALLY LET THE PERSON THINK THEY CARE AND GIVE THEM ENOUGH MEDICATION THAT THEY FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE SOME HOPE AND A PLACE TO TURN. WHAT IS THE HARM IN ACTUALLY GIVING ADEEQUATE PAIN TREATMENT AND SHOWING A LITTLE COMPASSION FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS HAD NO WHERE TO TURN. BUT INSTEAD OF HOPE & HELP THE TREATMENT HE RECIEVED CAUSED HIM TO GIVE UP BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN WITH GREAT RESISTANCE AND HAVING TO BE FORCED TO GO, HE REACHED OUT AND NO ONE WAS THERE. IF HE DOES KILL HIMSELF I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS THE UNSYMPATHETIC JERK DOCTOR THAT TREATED HIM IS THE REASON AND I WILL BE SUING THEM FOR THE FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY TREAT HIS PAIN AND MAKING HIM FEEL WORSE WITH THERE ATTITUDE AND LACK OF CONCERN.
