We have used the hospital twice in the last month. Once for a cardiac issue and now for a gall bladder removal. In both cases the nursing staff seemed to be in the dark about what was happening with the patient. Care in individual labs, etc. seemed to be good, but we were suddenly being rushed into procedures without even meeting or talking with the doctor until we were outside the surgery ward and then met with him for only about 5 minutes . We were returned to the floor and still left in the dark. Waiting to see the doctor, in once case until midnight and then when we left, he came in and didn't want to wake the patient, so he left. Right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing!
