This hospital was the worst hospital ever. The place was old looking and dirty. I had three nurses trying to put the I V into my arm and could not do it, it was painful. I had 4 babies at saint marries and never had a problem with the I-v. The nurses seemed to be careless and they forgot to give me my pain pill. One of the nurses that I had took out the IV out of my arm with blood still on it and had placed it on the bed sheets, I found that to be very unprofessional and unsanitized. I had no choice but to go their but I would never want to go there ever again and I had stayed there for about 4 hours I can not imagine a few days.

went in to the ER for stomach pains and found out it was something worse, so I was then transferred to the surgical floor, but like the other reviews posted throughout various websites, this took over 8 hours to happen. But the worst part was when I actually got into my shared room. The only good thing out of this part was the nurses. Then one of my roommates was some tired, old racist woman who kept harassing me because I spoke Spanish to my family, but Doctors have to treat everyone, so that can't be helped. Anyways, my first couple of doctors said I had to stay at the hospital and be monitored and get further testing, and if I needed medication, to ask for it. Well after 4 days of tests and lab work and constant pain I was in. I had a Doctor come into the room and get upset with me and demand that I "deal with the pain" and receive no further medication because the tests after the CT scan showed no results apparently(So the previous doctors were lying to me so I can stay in the hospital and not be with my family, the conspiracy thickens!). So now I'm crying my eyes out after being yelled at by the doctor and no one on staff had come to talk to me until four or five hours of me "dealing with the pain" and causing myself to have more pain because of my crying. The food they served me was meager at best and to make matters worse I couldn't eat half of that food because I have diabetes. Don't bother telling them about what you can and can't eat, because I still got the same food and was told to just leave it alone. And when I was finally allowed to eat solid food it took 4 hours after dinner time to get one sandwich, but to only find out I can't eat it because the person dropped it! So oh well! I got no dinner until another 2 hours later when my aunt drove from L.A. to give me some food to eat. The point is I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone not even if they got hit by a car across the street from the hospital. This wasn't my first experience with a disrespectful doctor at the establishment, and I can guarantee this will not be the last incident with these doctors treating patients however they feel like. I hope this hospital gets shut down or they be honest with their patients and let them know as they walk in that they will wait more than 8 hours to be treated like second-hand crap and then told that the previous doctors are liars and there is nothing wrong with you. At least then they could uphold ONE part of their "Core Values" (Respect, Integrity, Quality, Service).
