An excellent hospital with easy, free parking. Hospital and grounds could use updating but inside was clean. ER wait was under ten minutes (they were not very busy0< doctor was very nice, compasionate, and took the time to discuss what was being done. Much friendlier than big city hospitals

DONT GO TO DIE-COUNTY! This is absolutely the worst hospital ever. I would rather die on the way to erlanger than have to go to this hospital again. I took my husband to ER for a busted head and we waited four hours! They never even saw us in the emergency room, they had to move us to another part of the hospital and then charged us for an ER room visit. 4 stapels cost us well over $2000 at hutcheson and on another occasion only cost us $150 at physicians care! This is absolutely the worst hospital EVER! DONT EVER GO TO THIS NASTY, CROOKED, CARELESS hospital unless you have money to blow and hours to waste.

terrible emergency room care

terrible emergency room care
Details:

My fiance was seen for chest pain and hypertension. He was released with outstandingly high blood pressure and sadly ended up at memorial hospital and admitted to imcu. He is currently in the hospital being treated and monitored. I feel if the doctor would have been more thorough and performed his job accurately this wouldn't have happened. This hospital is a joke. He has excellent insurance and still received terrible care. They need to do a better job evaluating patients and take their job seriously. If you are considering this hospital...DON'T...it's a joke. Hope this helps someone.
