The third floors nursing staff was short therefor the patient has to suffer by getting pain medicine via shot 2 hours later, and then the IV wasn't hooked back up until 6 hours later and then they didn't even wipe the IV site with alcohol. Now I have a fever! STAPH infection I suppose?

Horrible experience this evening! HORRIBLE. A. Theh staff generally does not care that they are there to serve you or THAT you are ill. Case in point, came in with my baby and my fiance. I was suffering from some Ms related symptoms. Explained my pain was about a 7. Dr. Rios came in, no bedside manner, didn't care obviously (in my opinion). Ordered a CT scan. I waited forever, but a nice man came and picked me up and wheeled me to the CT room. I sat for at least 45 minutes waiting for her to finish up what she was doing. Asked a few questions about what a CT scan was for Dr. Rios couldn't be bothered to answer, explained I was still in pain, she said to ask the nurse when I got back dwnstairs. TO SUM THIS UP, HORRIBLE UNCARING SERVICE. IF MY CAT WERE DYING I WOULDN'T TAKE IT THERE. AND I DON'T EVEN LIKE CATS. NEVER AGAIN. EVER.

The Nurses do not care about the patients. It's only about the money. The DON and Supervisor are very prejudice. If you want to die go to this hospital. I remember when they left a sponge in Ms. Davis.
