patient waiting area was not clean, they were more interested in getting financial information before admitting patient. Sent patient to waiting area where they sat for over one hour in pain. Then after trying to make payments to this hospital that are affordable to us in this economic down turn. They said the payments were not enough and we needed to send more. Our balance after insurance paid was 305.00 and we tried to send them 30.00 a month. They still turned it into collections were they are now charging us interest on the original amount.
