I would not take anyone I cared about to this place. Because if you need something from the nursing station you have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes before anyone will ask if someone has help you. All they were talking about was what they had none on there days off.

My brother was in the Hazard hospitals and I ask the nurse for a pan so he could take a bath. the time I ask was 7:00am and by 4:00p.m. he had not received a pan. also on the same day he had to not eating anything until they took him back to his room. I ask the head nurse about getting him a tray. he]]He didn't receive a lunch tray until they asked about it a dinner time. and then they sented him one. All this happened one day. the next day I pushed his button because he needed to go to the bathroom and no one answer the call button and then they turned it off. By the time he got to the bathroom door he was not able to make it to the bed so pulled him to the bed. and ran out to the nurse desk and told them I needed help right now. I was told that his call button was not working but the day before they had put in a new call button in. I told the janitor that he could put one in but they had put one in the day before. I told the nurse that I would not let my dog stay in hazard arh by itself because of the way the people were treated there.
