Details:

went in for a TURP an a SUPER PUBIC TUBE. everything was ok until 3rd shift. they didn't empty my bag, bottles ran out, i v stopped. never slept that night. all they wanted to do was give me a pain pill. bathroom was dirty. bag was spilled in bathroom and not cleaned up. i was never cleaned up from surgery. i came home 2 days later with groin area covered with blood,urine and body fliuds. personnal needs were not attended to either. over all i had very poor care.

Details:

The overall care would have been "very good" except that the visiting rules are not enforced. Visitors are allowed to come and go and as many that can fit in the room at any time of the day or night. This disturbs the other person in the room. The staff has no control.
