Did your loved one die while at Sacred Heart?

Did your loved one die while at Sacred Heart?
Details:

Seems like a lot of deaths are occuring at this hospital due to the hospital not monitoring patients well enough. Why aren't they putting some kind of monitors on high risk patients in particular. My son-in-laws aunt just died due to choking on vomit. My friends dad died there due to something around the same order. What's going on at this hospital that patients are dying for no good reason?
