I had to go to Milwaukee to get properly diagnosed after 4 specialists at Mercy-Janesville misdiagnosed me - and ordered treatment for something I didn't have, making my life unnecessary hell for 3 months. When I complained to Mercy, they were unresponsive. Instead they delayed and insisted they did nothing wrong. Thank goodness a new hospital is opening in Janesville.

I've had go to the Mercy Health System (Hospital & Clinics) for half of my life (46 yrs), & I can tell you that the MHS makes, from my opinion way to many mistakes with their billing practices, & with Diagnosing. I don't go to their clinics anymore because they hire dictator doctors, and they fire the good ones that sip through their archaic hiring process. Ive had to use their hospital when I've had to be admitted impatient because there's no other hospital in the city. But that's about to change also.. Thank God! When the Dean/ St Marys hospital opens, I see MHS loosing a-lot more customers then myself. They have a terrible reputation with the locals!
