frankly, I am shocked at the low ratings shown. My mother has been in that facility for the past 2 years and I've experienced nothing but very high level care and love for those patients. I highly recommend East Glen!

Very, very slow response to calls for help, told my mother to just wet her diaper when she requested help to go to the bathroom, had trouble getting her laundry done on a timely basis.
