Details:

Horrible care. Father was admitted for 12 days or until strength was back. Took him out after 5. Absolutely the worst care. Had wipes thrown to him when using restroom and said to get cleaned up. would never recommend this place. Under staffed, and no concern for patient.

Details:

resident ran out of oxygen five times over the course of five days. the resident was sent to Hemet Valley hospital on the fifth time she ran out of oxygen. Saturation levels were in the low seventies.
