Rules/regulations are not clear, for example, fresh cut flowers are not allowed and patients personal telephones are destroyed. There's a certain amount of clothing theft presumably staff's reaction to a patient they don't like. The facility is nice, clean, well presented and well located. Some staff members bend over backward to perform their duties while others could care less. I suppose it's typical of any workplace. I do appreciate the service they provide.
