The staff is rude. My mother's belongings were stolen. My mother's health care declined while in this facility. We got her out of there. I would not recomend this facility to anyone. thank you.

This facility should lose their license. They don't care about the patients, just the money. My mom was there for rehab and I noticed her ankle one day was 3 times it's normal size. They supposedly had her up that day helping her bathe, helping her dress, and standing in PT for 30 minutes. I told them about her ankle and no one had a clue. Turns out she had 5 large blood clots in her leg. She spent 5 days in the hospital. Her ankle did,nt get like that over night. They are neglectful and when you have an issue they don't care. The administrator smirks and says he will call you back and doesn't. The head of rehab doesn't even have a degree. The CNAs take 30 minutes to answer your call button and haveHORRIBLE attitudes. The insurance person lost my moms supplemental insurance info 3 times and kept sending us bills and would never return our call. The administrator makes excuses for everyone. Todd, the nursing floor manager, doesn't give you the time of day when you try to speak to him. The lady beside my mom got pneumonia while she was there even though the daughter kept telling them her chest sounded congested......need I say more. Someone told us we should probably start looking for a funeral home. If you care about your loved one, please do not take them here. It is just awful.

My father who suffers from Alzheimer's stayed here for one year, received awful care (they tied him to a chair) refused to bathe him as a form of punishment and almost killed him twice due to unsanitary care of his feeding tube. They then kicked him out and refused to treat him any further because he was "too much to handle". This place disgusts me. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN THIS FACILITY.
