this place over all sucks and I don't recommend it to anyone who cares about there family I have spent a lot for clothes that the laundry looses or just doesn't care about the hot food and drinks are not they never give out medication on time this place is no place for a LOVED ONE.

i have seen roaches in the bath rooms of the patient room the aids they have most of them dont want to touch the patients if they dont why are they there these patients are people and deserve to be treated like the people they are it hurts to go in and see a family member hasnt even eaten because a lazy aid ready to go break just sat it on the table and that was it you see a family member treated this way being talked hateful to and you get fed up and what about these who havent got family why dont the social workers look out and speak up for them oh because there to busy sure thank god for the few good workers not the aids

Not desirable. Facilities are dirty, staff don't listen, food is sub-standard loaded with salt. I could go on but you get the picture.

It's very hard to communicate with the staff when the gum they are smacking is louder than their voice and the #1 answer to most questions is " I'm not sure "
