My fathas was the victim of abuse at the hands of two Nurse Aides on 5/1/11. I have reported this to the State Omnibudsman and expect them to open an investigation into the matter. The facility is old, run down and dirty. They do not have phones in the patient rooms - they have one wireless phone which they walk into the patient's room. Stay away from this place.
