I never thought we could let my Aunt stay home alone again. She was falling down all the time; it's AMAZING what they did to help us. The equipment was far advanced from what we had seen at other nursing homes, it was like a real rehab!

My mother was at Austell Health for 5 weeks in 12/09 and 01/10. The physical therapy staff were stellar and the equipment was excellent. The facility was clean. The nursing staff were caring. Administration responded promptly to any issues raised. The telephones were not answered promptly during nights and weekends, or if answered, most calls were dropped while being transferred. Breakfast and lunch meals were fine; most dinner meals were poor in nutrition and poorly prepared. The temperature was kept very comfortable at the facility. Overall this facility was the best choice for my mother.
