As far as I'm concerned, this facility should be shut down, or go through a management over-hall. The conditions there are absolutely deplorable. The D.O.N (JOAN) is not fit to run this facility, she is a heartless individual that treat her staff like scum. CNA's in her eyes are dispensable and the lowest form of life. They are treated like DOGS and totally disrespected. The RN's/LPN's also talk down to the CNA'S and CNA's work nonstop for 8hrs straight without breaks because of there huge work load. CNA's are also changing colostomy bags while The charge nurses sit and watch TV and eat the residents food all night while cracking the whip on the CNA's back. i feel sorry for the residents there.
