I have to say the housekeeping staff kept the building cleaner than most. People expect to smell bodily functions but the front hall was clean, fresh, and residents looked well taken care of. While most facilities could use some more nurses, Woodlands could use some as well.

I've been working at Woodlands for 3 years. I love my residents and the staff members have made me feel like I'm right at home. My resident's treat me just like family and I enjoy being able to put smiles on their faces.

Details:

Woodlands Health and Rehab has a wonderful rehab department, that is very creative, and caring. I felt my family member who needed a lot of assistance and was pretty much totally dependent, really progressed from where they were when they first arrived at the facility. They progressed so well they are now able to use a walker with assistance. Thank you Woodlands therapy department!

I have been working for this facility over 10 years as the head cook ,and I love working and cooking for the residents at Woodlands; the residents always say I cook with love in my food and what they say to me is that they really love the food here. The residents and employees love particular days of the week like Wednesdays, I cook chicken and the residents can hardly wait because they love the good home made chicken and other great meals that we cook at Woodlands.

My mom was admitted to this facility bout a month ago. I had heard so many bad things about this place until I got there. The nurses and staff was so wonderful. They did everything they could to make sure all my needs and concerns were met. My mom love it there.

The maint crew with woodland are wounderful,I went In there to see my mother and the men where cleaning out the flower beds they look amazing my mother said there a gentlemen who waters the flowers everyday now.You menn do great work.
