Details:

Admissions director was wonderful, facility was very clean, but level of care was almost nonexistent. We felt very concerned about leaving our loved one there with such poor assistance even after contacting those in charge. We moved our loved one out as soon as we could concerned about the neglect. Nothing changed after speaking to the director and she reassuring us things would be better. Not sure the purpose of this facility.
