This facility is VERY commonly under staffed and rude. The nurses are always to busy with other things to make you feel like you have your point across. The aides are the best I have seen they are prompt, caring, detailed, and unfortunately very miss treated. They are so frequently short staffed that at one point they basically had to replace their entire day shift, everyone left because they were EXTREMELY over worked and under appreciated. The administrator is terrible and has no clue. The best thing they have going is that their former ADON now DON is the best at what she does and knows that paper work comes after residents safety, security, well being, and happiness. Hopefully things will get better for their aides so that so many will stop quiting and make this a long term employment.

we have had to get the attention of the head nurse the last time i was in the facility. my mom is on an oxygen machine in her room. when i came to visit the water bottle hooked to the oxygen machine was not bubbling, my mom was not feeling well. the top of the water container lid was not on correctly to make a tight fit. so my mom was not getting the 4 litters of oxygen she needed to breathe. i told the nurse but she didn't think it was as big of a concern as we did. then there was an excuse as to why that had happened to the oxygen machine due to a shortage of short breathing hoses that attach to the oxygen machine. but the fact that there was a shortage of hoses to attach to the portable oxygen machines is not an excuse to why my moms was not hooked up the correct way.
