Details:

Patient could walk when entered this facility. At waking in morning, patient put in wheelchir and left until wheeled to physical therpy to walk, then put back into wheelchair until afternoon therapy then returned to wheelchair and left once again until supper and bedtime. After removal from GV, patient can once again walk, feed self and communicate.
