Neither physician nor 'staff' inspired much confidence; almost impossible to find anyone at the 'nursing station' on floor and to ask for assistance or information on how my dad was doing. Will not be sending dad back to this place nor shall I be referring anyone to this place. It's pretty awful.

This place is a racket. When we brought my aging Mother-In-Law there for rehab after she suffered a bad fall, they neglected to inform us that Medicare would only cover 21 days. Then they scheduled her stay for 22 days, and informed us during the final discharge process that we owed an additional fee for the time not covered by Medicare. She could have left a week sooner, in terms of her condition, but they encouraged us to leave her for another week, without advising us that an additional charge would be incurred. When we tried to find the appropriate staff to resolve our dispute, we were given the run around. As far as I am concerned they are a bunch of crooks.

this place is the absolute worst! They will lie to you, make demands while ignoring the patients in this home. The food is not fit for a dog and whatever the insurance plan used is not explained at Admission time as to what is covered and for what length of time. They say that papers were provided at time of admission but we did not receive any paperwork. Admissions should know that it is not appropriate to deal with an elderly person after being hospitalized. They accept no responsibility for their actions or lack thereof and make no attempt to notify any family members of patient status. Proceed with caution!
