Details:

Place is a hellhole. Nursing cord pulled...7 minutes, no response. Wheelchair alarm went off for 3 minutes after that...Nurse stated I did not notice...bed alarm... CNA's came in 4 minutes later and stated " Oh, you got this..after I cleaned feces from my parent and myself, as well as the toilet. No towels available, This place is a death warehouse...moving my parent ASAP!
