Details:

My parent was a resident in independent housing, assisted living, board and care and skilled care. I don't know where to begin to list the poor experience our family had. Lack of staff attentiveness to residents, dishonesty in charting, out-sourcing of resident needs such as dental and eye, and distribution of medicine. Finance office needs review. All our concerns were brought to administrator (in person and in writing) as well as to town meeting where families of 30 other residents gathered. Much to our dismay (but also realized we were not alone) many others experienced much the same as we did in board and care and skilled care. It's a facility I would never recommend for these two needs. Our family members deserve better than this.
