Upon visiting an elderly family member today, I found that she had been sitting in her wheel chair since 6:00 am this morning, had sat in her wet/soiled diaper all day without being changed, still had breakfast food in her lap that was spilled, and the staff refused to put her back in bed even after she complained of chronic pain because "shift change" was happening. An hour and a half later "shift change" was still happening. I saw several patient sitting in wheelchairs with their heads flopped down sleeping. Miraculously my friend was cleaned, dressed and put back in her bed just in time for her "scheduled" daily visit from her son. She never even had therapy today and said that when she presses her help button, it takes 2 to 4 hours to be attended to. Let me add she can't even walk or stand alone due to broken hip and recent surgery. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE, THEY WILL DIE THERE! Does anyone know who owns this facility?

my dad came to this facility after a knee replacement and received top of the line treatment by top of the line nurses and aides! They bent over backwards to help him and the family in anyway possible. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants the best care possible for their loved one!

This place has major problems with staff and cleanliness. I have complained to no avail. They are not patient friendly for the most part, only a few employees that really should be working with the elderly. I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone. I am moving my family member as soon as I can find another place. Also injuries to patients are excessive and not often reported as such.

It has been almost three months since my mother passed in this facility. I have yet to get a refund for the second half of the month for which I paid. Non responsiveness from the financial office and the administrator will force me to take further action.

This facility is a joke and should be shut down. my father was admitted for pt on a shattered shoulder. he was so drugged up on ativan that he was allowed to roll out of his wheel chair and fall on the surgery twice loosening the pins and plates. It took three weeks to figure out they had doped him up to get them out of their hair. The RN's, when you can locate one are flunkies at best. If you want to leave your family members at a facility for dying it is ok. STAY AWAY. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE MY FAMILY MADE.

My mother was transferred to this facility 4 1/2 days after a hip replacement surgery. This was during a week-end and the people did not want to "touch" her when she needed help to go to the restroom because they didn't want to be held responsible. They offered a bed pan. My mother got up by herself. Later, she was sick. They took her sheets and robe to wash and lost her robe. They fed her food that even my father and grandmother thought tasted terrible. When she got sick a second time, a lady looked in and didn't even offer to help my mother get up or give her a wet washcloth to clean herself off with. This facility is the poorest excuse that my mother could have been sent to and I wanted to share this review so that others don't make the same mistake!
