- Details:
I recently was faced with placing my sister into a skilled facility. She lives in the Florissant area and my husband and I made a quick decision that will forever be regretted. Rancho Manor's nursing staff is very unprofessional, pushy, rude and downright disrespectful. The administrator is no better and the facility itself has an odor that I am assuming they hide while giving tours. Everytime I went to visit my sister, which was daily, sometimes more than once in a day, the stench was aweful. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, there are plenty of other choices in the area. My husband and I are more than dissatisfied with our experience and I have never met a ruder administrator.
