This place is awful!!!!!!My mother has three pressure soars the one her heal is infected the smell is atrocious, she has fallen three times has had a broken hip, she has dementia and is now on comfort care , she wheels around in her chair with no cushion under her bottom which is another area of a pressure soar they do not have the foot that in infected and swollen is not elevated, she wonders in the hallway when she is up not in her room where her drinks are . They short staffed, they were rude when asked about her care..had to ask several time for her to be checked and changed, was suppose to have a shower that day her finger nail were dirty and gross and she had a bandage on her thigh for the other pressure soar which had not been changed and the aide said for this she had not had her shower , and I was there when they were getting ready for it we left to come back later to find they washed her hands and got her dressed!!!!!!!!!!!will be moving her OUT Beware..There is more , but i'm done.
