This facility took care of mom like ther own. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the nursing staff was amazing. Every person i spoke to there from management to the nursing assistants were pleasant and very detail oriented. My mom was there for just 25 days due to the great therapy department they have. In the future I would let my freinds know to send their parents here. Jessica

Not a place to put a loved one!

Not a place to put a loved one!
Details:

My father was placed there by the hospital, for an open wound on his foot, they waited a month and a half to place a pressure relieving boot on his foot so it would heel, they left him to sit in his room in a wheel chair becoming depressed until we insisted he be included in something. They lost 3 hearing aids, and said they would replace them, he got junk with a promise the real ones were on the way. not! They notified the family on a friday afternoon, he was being discharged saturday morning (dumping), when threatened with a complaint they kept him two more weeks so it would be a "safe discharge". He had surgery while there skin cancer removed 25 stitches, no follow up care scheduled or provided. When the facility was called all members of the staff forgot all the conversations about his hearing aids, but all remembered the same lines on how I must have misunderstood. No this is not somewhere you would send someone you loved.
