Was shown photos of this "newly renovated" facility while still in hospital. Upon arriving, felt deceived. Place is dirty, old and FAR from the "boutique nursing facility" we were promised. Six or more mentally challenged patients were staged around the nurses station in wheelchairs. Felt we had walked into a bad movie. Will be moving patient ASAP! Nursing staff seems nice and competent, but patient is distressed with the surroundings.

High staff turn-over. Staff is not happy and their frustration shows in level of care. Staff communication is poor so they often do not know resident needs.

this place is dirty. the staff is nasty to the patients and administration does not do what they say they are going to do. the meals are a joke. most of the meals are just quick foods like sandwichs and hot dogs. for the amount of money the people are paying to stay there they could provide better meals and service.

Head Nurse was not helpful and could care less about issues that family were concerned with. Wanted to go smoke cigarrete instead! 'the nursing assistants run the place depending on what they feel like doing that day.

Patients abused. Patient not fed. Staff refused assistance to patient multiple times, then got abusive. This is NOT the way to run a nursing home. Was advised by a long time resident not to complain about anything on a food tray, or the "dietician" would "get even with you"
