My mother stayed in Green Acres during a long recovery from illness. They were understaffed and not terribly caring or responsive. My mother, who was bedridden, had to ring for an hour to get someone to come help her. My mother was kept awake one night when another patient fell out of bed and cried for hours before anyone came. It seemed to be mainly staffed by foreign doctors and nurses from South Asia, and everything (including the food) was of the cheapest possible standard. I couldn't wait to get my mother out of there and we then went over to the Rose Garden down the road which was a huge improvement. If you care about your parent, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
