The provider has no clear plan to address any issues that are brought to their attention. The number of complaints filed with the state by residents during a recent visit should have the facility under review for change of administration at best, closure at worst. Not who they present themselves to be in brochures, ownership changed some time ago. Horrible rodent infestation many residents do not eat food provided.
