i have came to learn that during introduction and a tour of the facility is totally different from once a family member is admitted.you never see admistrator prence or DIRECTOR OF NURSING giving full support to family members. the place is never clean. i feel this isnt the place for A dog to be cared for. my opinion is to seek another facility to place your family member. Daleview isnt the best place. Way too many injuries along with bed sores..MY ADVISE IS TO STAY CLEAR FROM DALEVIEW CARE CENTER.......

This Care Center (?????)is horrible and I am looking into neglect in regards to my father who resides there now. He called for 2 hours saying he was having difficulty breathing and his roommate HAD to call 911!!!!! Terrible staff, uncaring and insensitive.Found my father several times undressed and lying in his filth, too. DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU LOVE IN PLACE...horribly run, too.

Consists of two separate buildings. the first bldg is nicer - the second bldg makes my skin crawl, it is basically a warehouse. The staff are de-sensitized, and I'm sure that is common in this type of work, but that's where management is supposed to come in.
