Aids are very hard working, and very genuinely caring. However, I feel the management leaves much to be desired. They seem more interested in "the look ' of the facility, rather than the care of their clients, which they blatently call "customers".

The staff on the floors try really hard but are always working short and the people working at desk jobs dont seem to want to get their hands dirty. The RN'S just want the floor staff to get it done working short or not so that they can go back and sit down

at first glance this place seems wonderful but after the shine rubs off you will find that most of the nursing staff are miserable and hate their jobs. they are there for the paycheck only and this is reflected by the lack of care given to the residents, except when family members are present. then they seem so caring and compasionate. the administration would be better suited for the buy here pay here used car lots. they make you feel all warm and fuzzy but have no intentions of following through with their promises. they are there to keep all the beds filled and that is all. its all about the money.
