Terrible place to be in. My parent had a stage 4 bed sore. The food wasn't good. She fell out of bed twice and fell off the wheelchair twice. I would not put my loved one here. I regret that I did.

My mom passed away as a direct result of their negligence! They gave me a hard time when I asked for her records and refused to admit wrong doing! My mom was admitted to a hospital with severe dehydration and she had 2 black eyes as a result of a broken nose! When she first fell the doctor told me she was ok! How could she be ok if she woke up the next morning with a broken nose?I wouldn't recommend this nursing to my worst enemy! They have many lawsuits against them!I found this out after I put a lawsuit against them myself!

I have visited this facility three times and on each visit have witnessed patients telling a nurse that they have to go to the bathroom and the nurse tells them to wait. During lunch there are several nurses in the lunchroom. After lunch, they all take their break at the same time, leaving the residents alone in the lunchroom. There is no one to take the residents to the bathroom during this time (who by the way are giving ample notice that they need to go). I have twice wallked to the nurses station only to be told that they can wait until the nurses are off their break. If this is how the patients are being treated when a visitor is present and aware - how the hell are these people treated after visiting hours?
