Staff doesnt seem to care about residents. Spend alot of time talking to each other. Staff appears to be unhappy at their job. Very little attention to residents. Slow response to needs if at all. Should be more inspection at this center.Staff should be reminded what their jobs are and if they have a problem with that, need to be fired or seek other employment.Sad the resident are in that enviroment. Not all places are like that.Weekends are the worse. Looking for another place. Alot of these aids seen to be working at the wrong place. Just drawing a pay check. Food good.

Not enough RNs or CNAs on staff; too many times I've seen residents just left around the nurses station and ignored. Some staff are great, others are just doing the minimum. No meaningful interaction from staff...they should have things for everyone to participate and get to know. Can't find NA for my mom and no one seem willing or able to answer questions. Very poor accounting procedures and no one seems willing to send you to the right person. Sometimes you have to request 5 or 6 times for things to get done. Expect to move my mom as soon as I can find another place.
