My mother-in-law has been at Liberty Commons for 4 months after having a stroke in November, beginning in rehab and then to skilled nursing. She has been treated with the utmost courtesy from the staff. The facility is kept clean and nurses and aides work extremely hard to give good care to her.

My experience as a family member had been very good with LC of Benson...The staff seems attentive and caring....my family member is happy with the care...the facility is clean and odor free...the only complaint would be that the food doesn't look too appealing and they patients are offered choices but not encouraged to choose anything different...More activites and outings need to be available to those in assisted living...Overall I would recommend LC of Benson.

Very unfriendly access for relatives communication with staff. Phone calls typyically require being placed on hold for 5-10 minutes while listening to a directory of services and praises of the facility by itself. Who caes. When I call I expect to speak to a staff member and address my business immediately. I don't call to listen to a commercial of self praise. How rediculous and un professional. I would never recommend Liberty Commons to anyone looking for a facility for a loved one. As for quality of service by their patient staff. My observations have been that the staff is lazy, uneducated and unconcerned about anything but getting a pay check. Facility falls far shoet of being a class A organization

Organization is a greedy money hungry group and will drain patients of every penny possible as quickly as possible. Staff is lazy and have no regard toward reordering prescription drugs even if patient has adequate supply. I do not trust the companies honesty or ethics. They are motivated only by the dollar and how much they can get by with charging patients and families. Should be investigated and shut down
