My loved one has been there 1 year and in this time they were walking in 2 months was in a wheelchair they also have contracted 3 diseases I have called the state an local agencies to complain of course nothing happened I speak to the MAIN office people to no avail They leave people in bed all the time laying in their own urinine an feces causing bed sores I feel so bad I placed my loved 1 here but they have been in 3 faculties and all are like this is SAD our elderly have no voice and if a family member complains it does no good Oh they will tell you they will do this or that but nothing is EVER done after numerous complaints to state and local officials still nothing is done so my family had to hire and attorney to file abuse and neglect law suit just to try to get something done for our loved one I would never send a dog there and expect them to treat and animal any better

I am rating it bad because my wife went there for rehab and they let her lie in bed having chest pains and trouble breathing and did not call for an ambulance for 2 1/2 hours. Her diaganosis was bilateral PE's.
