This facility was dirty I seen a roach climbing up wall in room. Nursing staff were rude when we would ask for something. We would have to wait for a aide, while Nurses would sit at desk.

patient left in room all day. staff never encouraged pt do go dine in dining room. oral intake never charted. Food was always room temp. no ice in iced tea. food was comparable to prison food. staff very unfriendly and unwilling to assist family or patients. when asked for a blanket the response I got was "I'll see if I got one". I would not recommend this rehab facility to anyone. My father lost weight and stayed in bed all day unless the physical therapist came to work with him.
