Details:

this facility has the most unprofessional staff i've ever encountered.medicare residents are actually greeted everyday by management to see if all their needs are being met while those same people walk by 10 medicaid residents and barely say hello. management has only 1 black employee and the rest is white, blonde and stupid. they lie to you about your accomadations and you can be there 6 months and never see the medical director.
