I wish I had somewhere else to put my mother. It's been one problem after another at Falls Village. The turnover with the STNA's is rediculous! The administration is phony. They act all sweet and concerned when something happens but when push comes to shove they just wanna cover their behinds. Twice now, my mother complained that they were "Rough" with her. The facility appearance looks nice, but don't let that fool you. THUMBS DOWN!!

I would think there would be a time allowance to answer a resident's call button. Sometimes someone came right away, but if it was time for employees breaks it took longer. One time my Dad was pushing his call light and no one came after about ten minutes, so I checked the call light and there were 2 call lights on his bed, but only one was plugged in. Of course the one he was pushing was the one that was not plugged in.

I was trying to get a hold of my dad's nurse several times and so was my brother. When they are doing their med run nobody is at nurse's station to answer phones. I called my dad one day and the phone was busy. I tried for several minutes. My dad is blind and has trouble hanging up the phone. So i called nurses station and finally got someone and asked them to please check his phone. This was about 4:15 pm. Later at 8pm I tried again to call my dad and his line was busy. I called nurses station and asked them to check the phone. I waited till almost 8:30 pm and tried to call him and the line was busy. So I just went over there and the phone was still off the hook
