Horrible facility. Rude staff members. Reporting to Medical Board. Facility doesn't care about patients, they feel push them off to hospitals and then refused to take them back. I would rather the die in the middle of a road then ever allow myself or family go to this facility. They are fake and when marketing to hospitals they put on a show and dance, but are horrible to work with. I would recommend finding another facility completely.

Very disappointed in services of the staff and the facility needs to be shut down. The facility is old and seems to be unclean. Just old and beyond a good cleaning to make seem functional.

They take care of my mother. We moved her there from a fancy place down the road who had no staff and who never checked on her. The girls at Southtown do a great job and mom is happy.
